The venue rental fee is $6,800. We require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Payment includes the following:

• The barn and barn basement(get-ready-suites),outside garden ceremony space, back & front patio

• Up to 180 guests

• Air conditioning and heating. 

• All wood tables in the barn and patio tables 

• Chairs for inside the barn

• Restroom Access

• Parking lot

• Entertainment System

*The venue does not include: chairs for the garden ceremony space, decorations, catering or cleanup.  Approved caterers and bartenders can be found under “vendors” on our website.
